Matt Baumann co-founder of the leadership circle is a proud father, business owner, photographer, artist, mindset coach, public speaker, self published author, adventure seeker and world traveler.
Matt was raised by his mother in the beautiful sunny state of Arizona where he resides and is currently the place he calls home. He has family in Southern California and when he’s not pursuing one of his many passions locally you can most likely find him somewhere on a beach or out in the middle of a jungle working on himself, visualizing, and manifesting his future.

Matt is a forever student of personal growth and has been on his journey of self discovery and learning for 15+ years. He has worked with many well known teachers and personal development leaders across the world. He’s the owner and founder of his own mindset coaching platform known as “Driven By The Climb”.
